Delivery

We use Royal Mail for our customers to have the best value postage. For orders weighing over 2kg we use a next working day courier service and a signature will be required on delivery.

Please note that the following postcodes incur a premium charge and you need to contact us first for a price. 

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland Postcodes:
IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. 
Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly Postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25. 

Shipping times

We aim to dispatch all stock items on the day of purchase, weekend excluded, if the purchase is made before 2pm. If the item is currently out of stock, we will aim to dispatch within 5 working days. We will confirm the dispatch date by email on the day of purchase
(excluding weekends).
 
Unsuccessful courier deliveries

If an order is returned to us by the courier as undelivered because customer's refusal to accept the delivery; or wrong delivery address given provided or the customer not responding to cards left by the courier requesting contact to arrange re-delivery, the charges made to us by the courier for the delivery plus return delivery (if any)  will be the responsibility of the customer. At present the charge to us for any order returned as undelivered by dpd is £13.99. The extra postage charge for re-delivery of such orders will also be the responsibility of the customer.

Deliveries outside of the UK

We do not ship outside the UK. Trade customers please contact us for details.

As a VAT registered company we have to charge VAT on Postage
